Hi! These are the “Terms and Conditions” (let’s call them “Rules”) for using our website, Freemockup.in. This includes all our free mockups, online tools, and any custom design work we do for you (our “Services”).

By using our site, you’re saying “Yes, I agree to these Rules!” You also agree to our Privacy Policy and our License Rules for free stuff. If you don’t agree, then please don’t use our site or services.

2. What We Offer

At Freemockup.in, you can find:

  • Lots of free mockup files (mostly PSDs) to download.
  • Free online tools, like an online mockup maker.
  • Custom design services where we make special mockups just for you (this is a paid service).

3. Using Our Website & Free Stuff

Please use our site and services fairly and legally. You can use all the content on our site according to these Rules and our License Rules for the free mockups and tools.

When you use our free online tools (like the online mockup generator), don’t upload anything mean, illegal, or that doesn’t belong to you. And remember, like we say in our Privacy Policy, we don’t keep any files you upload to these tools.

4. Rules for Our Free Mockups (License)

All the free mockups you download from us have their own set of rules. You can find them on our License Page. Basically, they’re free for your personal and business projects, but you can’t just sell or give away our mockup files as if they’re your own.

5. Our Custom Mockup Design Service

If you hire us to make a custom mockup for you:

  • We’ll agree on the details (like what you need, when, and how much it costs) before we start. This might be through email or a platform like Upwork.
  • You’ll need to give us good quality images and clear instructions.
  • We want you to be happy, so we offer unlimited changes (revisions). We’ll show you a picture of the mockup for you to approve before we send you the final file.
  • You’ll need to pay as we agreed.
  • Once you’ve paid, the custom mockup design is usually yours to use as you need. We might ask if we can show it in our portfolio (our collection of work).

6. What You Shouldn’t Do (Please Don’t!)

When using Freemockup.in, please don’t:

  • Break any laws.
  • Copy our stuff or other people’s stuff without permission.
  • Post anything nasty, rude, or offensive.
  • Try to break our website or upload viruses.
  • Do anything that stops other people from enjoying our site.
  • Try to sell our free mockups – check our License Rules for what’s allowed.

7. Our Stuff is Ours (Intellectual Property)

Our website, its design, all the text, images, our logo, and the original free mockup files belong to Freemockup.in. Please don’t use our name, logo, or designs without asking us first in writing.

8. Links to Other Websites

Sometimes we link to other websites (like Upwork). We don’t control those sites, so we’re not responsible for what they do or their own rules. Always be careful and check their terms and privacy policies.

9. A Quick Note (Disclaimer)

We provide our website and services “as is.” This means we can’t promise they’ll always be perfect, always working, or completely free of errors or viruses. We do our best, but use them at your own understanding.
