Tutorial / How to Use
  1. Upload Wall Image: Click "Choose file" under "1. Upload Wall Image" or simply drag and drop your image directly onto the canvas.
  2. Mark Reference Area: Click and drag on the wall image (right) to mark an area of known size.
  3. Enter Wall Dimensions: Enter the real-world width and height of the marked area and select units. Adjust "Mark Line Weight" if needed.
  4. Lock Wall Mark (Optional): Click "Lock Wall Mark" to prevent accidental re-drawing of the reference area.
  5. Toggle Mark Line (Optional): Use the "Show Mark Line" checkbox to hide or show the mark line on the canvas. The line will not appear in the saved image.
  6. Choose Scaling Basis: Select how the scale is calculated (Width Only, Height Only, Both).
  7. Add Artwork: Click "Add Artwork". Up to 5 artworks can be added.
  8. Upload Artwork Image and Dimensions: For each artwork, click "Choose file" or drag and drop your artwork image onto its designated area. Dimensions will be pre-filled with common sizes (you can change them). Then enter its real-world width and height and select units.
  9. Add Artwork Background (from Wall) (New): In the "Adjust Appearance (Global)" section, tick the **"Enable Wall Image Background"** checkbox. A portion of the wall image will now be used as a background behind all your artworks. Adjust its Opacity and choose a Blending Mode (e.g., Multiply, Screen, Overlay) to control how it blends with your main artwork image. New controls for **Grayscale**, **Brightness**, and **Contrast** allow further fine-tuning of this background.
  10. Visualize & Adjust: Drag artworks on the canvas to position them. Use the global "Adjust Appearance" controls for effects like overlay or shadow. Tick "Show Dimensions" to see dimensions (adjust font/line style if needed).
  11. Tool Settings:
    - Switch Mode between 'Interact' (for marking/dragging artworks), 'Zoom', and 'Pan'. Zoom/Pan only apply to the wall image.
    - Toggle Show Grid and set its size/color. Enable Snap to Grid for precise artwork placement.
    - Use Undo/Redo to revert/re-apply changes.
  12. Remove Artwork (Optional): Remove an artwork by clicking the 'X' button on its control panel.
  13. Save (Optional): Click the "Save Comparison Image" button to download the final image. No images are saved on the server.

How to Use the Wall Art Size Comparison Tool

    Click the Wall Image button and choose a photo of the room where you want to hang your art. A straight-on shot works best!

  2. Add Your Artwork(s)

    Next, click Add Artwork(s) to upload one or more art pieces. You can add multiple options to perform a side-by-side size comparison.

  3. Set the Scale for Accurate Sizing

    This is the magic step! Click and drag on your wall photo to select a reference object with a known size (like a light switch, pillow, or furniture). Then, enter its real dimensions in the Mark & Measure Wall panel. This calibrates the entire tool for a perfect size preview.

  4. Adjust and Position Your Art

    Click on an artwork to select it. In the floating panel that appears, enter its real-life dimensions. Now you can drag it into place on the wall and see exactly how it will look to scale.

  5. Save Your Wall Art Mockup

    Once you’re happy with the placement and size, click the Save Comparison Image button to download a high-quality preview of your new wall decor.

Pro-Tip: Visualize the Details

In the “Dimension Display” panel, check the Show Dimensions box. This will overlay the measurements directly on your image for an even clearer wall art size comparison
